The client on this project wanted to extend the lower outside space otherwise unusable due to old existing flower beds and extend the area back and to retain the upper lawn with a block work and rendered wall incorporating lighting to illuminate the new outside Black Limestone terrace.

Underneath the terrace is a footing to accommodate the new veranda being erected  in due course (photos to come). Approx 30 t of excess material was dug out to make way for the upcoming works.  Suitable footings were laid to build the wall on and was then capped with matching stone to match the patio.

The fencing on top was kept simple to give a meadow type fell from the view from the lawn area.

A new field gate was put it with path leading to it and also was a new 12x6 ft shed complete with external power sockets and lighting.

A set of granary styled steps were used to gain access to the higher level onto the already existing decking area.
